• The machine can provide any buffed profile. Each buffing program can control up to three different buffing

  radiuses and relevant speeds for the crown area (negative radius is also possible) and radius for the sidewall.

• “BEC 90” Steel Belt Detector and “Laser 300” computer interactive circumference measuring device, which allow

  for different operating options that include tire casing buffing with diameter/circumference set to zero. Therefore,

  the buffing profile is completed according to the rubber thickness to be left on the steel belts. An optional second

  laser can be installed to measure the circumference on both shoulders after buffing.

• 15” color touch screen user interface. The industrial PC features two USB ports for data backup and software

  updates.

• Comprehensive self-diagnostic and troubleshooting system.
• Cradle shaped tire lift for fast connection of the machine to the monorail system.
• Articulated buffing/brushing arm, computerized sidewall brushing unit, and cable lift are available upon request.
• Bead plates adjust to different widths, in comparison to needing multiple hubs for an expandable hub buffer.
• UL 508A electrical panel.
